DL Design Studio were commissioned early in 2020 to assist the client in designing and delivering the full renovation and refurbishment of the Grade 2* listed former Bestwood Pumping Station.
DL Design Studio’s involvement included concept and developed design, interior design along with bespoke elements such as staircases, bars and detailed joinery items. Due to the high quality brief, our attention to detail was critical for the success of the project. Alongside designs, visuals and walk-throughs, DL Design Studio provided construction drawing and full joinery detailing alongside project monitoring during the construction stages.
We were also appointed to carry out the planning work and have obtained listed building consent for the main building and continue to deal with the relevant applications for other elements of works within the site.
